CUP PROFILE:
Floral like jasmine, clean and delicate, with peach and high honeycomb sweetness, very juicy and complex from hot to cold.

Process method:Coffee cherries, harvested at 22 Brix, are depulped on the same day and fermented for 12 hours before being washed. After processing, the beans are dried on African beds for 30 days, allowing the flavors to develop gradually. This careful process results in a clean and delicate cup that reflects the true character of its origin.


Finca del Putushio is a high-altitude gem located at 2,222 meters above sea level, where washed coffee production is set to expand under the expert guidance of Pepe Jijón. An inspiring producer and the driving force behind both Finca del Putushio and Finca Soledad, Pepe has built a legacy of sustainable, high-quality coffee production. His commitment to innovation and excellence has set a benchmark in the coffee world.

Joining Pepe in this mission is his 19-year-old son, José, who now manages Finca del Putushio. José brings fresh energy and dedication to the project, learning the intricacies of coffee farming while carrying forward the family tradition. Together, they form a dynamic duo, ensuring that the farm's limited but exceptional production continues to thrive.

Finca del Putushio is part of a unique sister farm duo, alongside Finca Soledad, that represents the next evolution in coffee farming for the Jijón family. With its small size and meticulous attention to detail, the farm's production is exclusive, making each harvest a true treasure.
