At Blind Monkey, we believe great coffee starts long before it reaches the cup.

We are a specialty coffee roastery based in Dublin, Ireland,  sourcing, roasting, and delivering traceable coffees with character. From origin to roast, we focus on clarity, integrity, and flavour. Every coffee we release is the result of close partnerships with people who share our values.

Our journey began in 2022, but the story behind Blind Monkey goes back much further. Founder Wojciech Tysler — Irish Barista Champion and World Finalist — spent nearly two decades immersed in coffee, from the bar to the world stage. What started as a personal pursuit of excellence became a bigger vision: to create a roastery where transparency, precision, and creativity define every decision.

We work closely with producers, cupping hundreds of coffees to find the few that truly stand out. Each lot we select is roasted in-house using our Stronghold S9X to highlight origin characteristics and deliver clean, expressive profiles. We don’t chase trends. We focus on what we believe matters: honest flavor, well-executed.

We are a small team with big standards, building a roastery that values connection, consistency, and curiosity. Whether you're a barista, a home brewer, or a wholesale partner, we’re here to help you serve better coffee.
